Heute, am letzten Tag unseres Projektes traf tatsächlich auch noch ein Beitrag ein. Unsere Postbotin überreichte uns ein Einschreiben von Roland Halbritter. Seine Arbeit präsentiert er auch auf seiner Seite socks-stockings.blogspot.com/ .
Bei Roland Halbritters Arbeit handelt es sich um eine Art Reisealtar, verpackt in einem Buch mit 7 Siegeln. Bereits das Auspacken war ein Erlebnis. Zunächst musste das rote Band (= 7 Siegel) entfernt werden. Der Buchdeckel aus dem Jahr 1968 war mit einer Buchbinderschraube verschlossen.

On june 19th we sent an email to Prof. Hak-Jin Kim of Busan College of Information Technology. He had sent us 23 contributions of his students (dept. Jewelry Design) and himself. You can find all contributions documented in this website.
On our email we got no answer until today. So we decided to publish this email here again. Perhaps he, or his students may read this.
There is still the question Is this the image of Germany in public medias of Korea?
We would enjoy every answer from Republic of Korea.

Nevertheless we are a little bit astonished about your image of Germany.
Most of the works contain pictures from a time more than 60 years ago. Is this the image of Germany in public medias of Korea?
The victims of German Fashism will never be forgotten, but times have changed.
3 generations later your works give an image of those 12 darkest years in german history.

Wir haben uns heute dazu entschlossen, die Laufzeit des Projektes um einen Monat zu verlängern. Bis zum 31. Juli 2007 müssen also jetzt die Beiträge bei uns eingetroffen sein. Dieser Termin ist endgültig, eine weitere Verlängerung wird es nicht geben.

Heute traf ein Paket aus Südkorea ein. Es enthält Beiträge von 21 Studenten des Busan College of Information Technology, Departement Jewelry Design. Bei den Beiträgen handelt es sich um Computer-Art. Alle Arbeiten sind auf Photopapier gedruckt, in Passepartout gefasst und auf Kappaplatten geklebt.
2 weitere Beiträge trafen ein. Inzwischen also 23.

Wie angekündigt endet das Projekt am 30. Juni, also in wenigen Tagen. Eine Verlängerung ist nicht vorgesehen. Wir möchten also alle Spät-Kreativen bitten, ihre Beiträge bis zu diesem Termin ein zu senden. Vielen dank.

Wenn jemand reine Textbeiträge einsenden will, bitte diese auch digital, – also auf Diskette, oder per mail, an uns senden.
(Datenträger werden auf Wunsch zurückgeschickt).
Das ist nämlich einfacher für uns, da gescannte Texte nicht gut aussehen und nicht gut zu handhaben sind.
